COTTON USA connects buyers and sellers, expands business opportunities for ASEAN textile industry at “COTTON USA ASEAN Supply Chain Conference” in Singapore

Thies GmbH & Co., KG with Dystar Thai Ltd. hosted a seminar on "Thies iMASTER H2o – Go Green with Thies". The seminar started with an opening speech by  Mr. Thomas Mende, Area Sales Manager, Thies GmbH & Co., KG followed by Ms. Rungnapa Kaewkor,  Senior BD Manager Product  Manager Reactive & Disperse Dyes, Dystar Thai Ltd. and Mr. Ralf Stange, Sale Manager Far East, Thies GmbH & Co., KG at Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa on 13th of May, 2011.

H.E. Minister of Commerce Mrs. Porntiva Nakasai (center) presided over the opening ceremony of Bangkok International Fashion Fair and Bangkok International Leather Fair 2011 (BIFF & BIL 2011), organized from 20-24 April 2011 at the Challenger 2-3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. Attending the opening were dignitaries from member ASEAN countries, and highly-respected individuals from the Thai fashion industry.

Thai Customs Department hosted a press conference on “Progress on reformation plan of Thai Customers Department” with an honor from Mr. Pradit Phataraprasit, Deputy Minister of Finance, to announce the current plan, together with a speech by Mr. Peter Eliot, President of The American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand. The event is moderated by Ms. Onanong Wacharasetkul, Deputy Director of Thai Customs Department at Ballroom 2, Intercontinental Hotel, Bangkok on the 9th of February, 2011.

The Southern India Mills Association (SIMA) organized Texfair 2010 - the international exhibition for textile machinery, spares, accessories, and other supporting services - from December 17 – 20, 2010 at CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, Coimbatore. The main objective of the event was to create awareness of the latest developments in textile machinery, accessories and equipment.
