KERMEL is the European leader in the field of aramid fibres used in heat- and flame-resistant protective clothing. On the strength of close to 50 years’ experience on the aramid fibre market, KERMEL is constantly seeking innovation and has now launched KERMEL INSULRIGHT® paper. KERMEL INSULRIGHT® is a thermal and electrical insulating paper based on aramid fibres and resulting from paper-related technology. It is intended for the thermal and electrical insulation market, especially in high-temperature environments – up to about 180° C. The advent of KERMEL INSULRIGHT® represents a major event in the high-temperature insulating paper market where innovation is unusual on account of the high level of technicality and performance required there. In addition, it provides an alternative to the monopolistic offer currently existing in the aramid paper market.
